Hi. I'm currently receiving OT for my son for SPD through the preschool division. Since he's turning 5 in the summer he's being transferred to the CSE. The CSE disqualified him from the program cause he doesn't fit into any of the 12 categories. Anyone familiar with their system. Is there any way I can fight my way thru to continue to get services next year ?

If you appeal the decision then they'll have to continue the services until it's resolved. There are lawyers and agencies that can do this for you.

Would you know where I can find those agencies?
