I am currently in a two bedroom and its really time for a house. We both have jobs in Brooklyn and were happy minus the housing situation. We are yeshivish and dont want Marine Park. Id be interested in the area between j and say m in the thirties. how far up in the thirties does that area go and how much would a move in ready three bedroom house cost.I am fine with a fully attached house.

The 30s are marine park crowd. A house is ONLY 1.8-2.5 million dollars

I bought almost 3 yrs ago and a small 3 bedroom house would be prob about 700k I think. The 30's J to M is not like marine park. It is more like the twenties. I was lookingn there but ended up in the 20's

The thirties are somewhere in between the twenties and marine park in type. I do know that there are some attached houses in the teens that are on the lower price range- like $400,000

the small houses in the 16/17th area. They have three bedrooms and some don't have basements. It's possible they're a little higher but not crazy high, def in the sevens. Sorry to have gotten you so excited.

The fully attached tiny houses on 16th back to the train are in the 7's. Not quite the 4's

Are you saying an attached starter house is around 2 million? I believe you're mistaken.

Op here. Thanks for all ur responses but back to my two original questions. How much would a three bedroom attached house. Would be possible to find a move in ready house in the 700s and how deep into the thirties does this neighborhood go.

I just sold my detached pvt drive 3 brm in marine park for 750. And bought a 4 brm marine park house for 950.
I looked for long time and seems the 30's frum block costs 75-100k more vs marine park mixed block.
I think a 3 brm mic in the 30's would be mid 8. I don't know that there are many fully attached houses.
Mic in mp would be 7-750 and there r houses for less that need work.
