Someone is trying to help me get my baby into some kind of routine. she recommended 2 30/45 min naps a day, early morning and late afternoon and a 2 hour sleep lunchtime. baby is then meant to sleep 7 to 7, with one 'dream feed' at 10/11 pm. (I think she tweaks the Gina Ford method...feeding I work out myself but she gets at least 5-6 good Feeds plus we started solids so she shouldnt be hungry)
does this sound reasonable? it's so not 'me' to train a baby but I'm not really functioning these days. she has such bad sleeping habits! I am happy to Nurse her during the night but after the feed she is fully awake and wouldn't go back to bed...
thanx!

15-15.5 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period of time is reasonable. Good goal for you both.
