A get that is given on condition that she not marry Shimon for thirty days (for example) is valid. A get given on the condition that she never marry Shimon, OTOH, is invalid.

but a woman anyway can't marry for 3 months after a get...

he could do the same by telling her "you don't remarry before 90 years"

The point is that any get given on condition is only valid if the condition is temporary. A permenant condition (I.e. that you never marry Shimon, that you never drink wine, that you never go to your parents' house) is invalid.
I don't know what the upper time limit (if any) on any condition is.
