Any good recipes for flanken in a crockpot? looking for something sweet and saucy- not like goulash or yapchik.
Also, will the flanken get soft in a crockpot? or will it toughen up if cooked all day?
TIA

If it will be immersed in something heavy like a sauce, chunked vegtables or simply, a ton of onions etc then it will not dry up.

I like doing this:
First Saute two large onions. Add half a cup of duck sauce bit of brown sugar and any spices you prefer pot into crock pot put flanken in cover in sauce and let it cook if you enough onions it would be good.
