Make a chunky, hearty vegetable soup. Onions, carrots, celery, potatoes at least, and you can add diced tomatoes, green beans, corn if you want. Serve with tuna salad or something for protein.

No zuchinni is not gassy, neither are carrots or sweet potatoes.
