We bought new front wheels for our Bugaboo 2006 (Frog) stroller from Bugaboo. They are the same wheels as some of the newer strollers. Maybe that would work for you?

I would do that, but the wheels on the 2009 are different than all the models after that

It doesn't hurt to call bugaboo directly and ask.

I did. they said they keep parts for outdated models up to 2 years. im hoping maybe someone who had the stroller still may have wheels or rain cover. I think getting used is my only option

Here is a link to wheels for the regular bugaboo chameleon, not the chameleon3.

BTDT. And I've learned that these things are very expensive, even used, for the same reason: you can't get them anywhere else.

For rain cover, try to use a universal one.
For wheels, either hand in to a certified Bugaboo stroller repair place, or buy a new stroller.

I found a bugaboo 2009 in the garbage recently it was like I found gold. I replaced my back wheels that were really gone and the belt clip-on of them a piece cracked off and my child was not safe. I still have the stroller in my house cause I cant part with it just in case I need something else.
If you live in Brooklyn you can come get the front wheels-I still have them.
About the plastic: mine tore years ago I bought a universal one that doesn't fit well at all but does the job for the few times I go out in the rain.

We bought a Chameleon rain cover which fits perfectly.
