Has anyone ever dealt with them?
My carriage broke . It's under warranty, I gave them all the information that they requested but they haven't gotten back to me yet. I'm just wondering if I should expect a satisfactory resolution or if they're difficult to deal with..

I had a great experience with them, I had an issue with one of the wheels and a peeling handlebar. They had me email them a bunch of information and pictures and then sent me a new frame.

I would rate their customer service A+!!
I have contacted them several times with issues and they have always been super helpful. I have had different parts replaced when my stroller was over 3 years old!

Yes. I'll wait one more day to see if they respond and then call them.

I second their customer service. Extremely helpful. I got a whole new base for my stroller since the wheel locked and couldn't be repaired.
Note that they're based in the UK, hence the delayed response.

When my wheels broke they wanted $60 for each wheel plus extra per wheel for shipping to expensive for me
