Can anyone suggest a good single burner/portable induction cooktop? It would not be used as a main cooktop, but maybe 1-2x a week.

I have a Vollrath, and it was spendy. I'm sure prices have come down over the years. I no longer use mine a lot, but get's passed around to my DDs when they need an extra burner. They are continually putting hours on it on a weekly basis with no complaints.
