Every single one of you should have at least one change of clothes with you.
Lot of small bags with snacks: dried fruit, nuts, popcorn, bamba, apple slices, PB on ricecakes, etc.
Think of games they can do with each other, rather that only self-entertaining games.
Talk to them in advance about what you expect on the flight, like when meals will be, when they will sleep, where the bathroom is, and etiquette like not bumping into other's seats.
