It's so heartbreaking. I don't know how anyone with a beating heart could be so cruel and deliberately target children.
There are 22 dead and 59 wounded. 12 of the wounded are children under the age of 16.
The youngest victim was in primary school. 
Two victims have been identified. One was 18. The other was 8.
There are still children missing. I can't imagine the terror those mothers feel.
ISIS has claimed responsibility, but it hasn't been confirmed yet by Britain. There have been arrests.
