I said about my dd's morah when she was 4 that a personality like that should be teaching at least third grade. Preschool- 1st grade teachers need to be very warm. They need to be more like mothers than teachers in their normal interactions with the kids.
OP, I'd totally keep her home and register a complaint with the administration.
Her morah wasn't trying to even solve anything.

Your DH probably doesn't want to deal with the disruption in routine that will come with taking her out.
Given that there is so little left of the year, I think there is a question.
While subjecting her to an abrasive morah is certainly upsetting to a sensitive child, so is switching situations this late in the year. Does she have friends in the playgroup?
Instead, you might want to consider calling a meeting and expressing your concerns. It won't improve everything, but if it improves life enough to get through the next 6 weeks, one of which is half YT, then it may be enough.
