They have a recipe on the package of corn beef. (Its water, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar). Did anyone try it? I usually do something much different (tomato sauce, apricot jam, brown sugar..) I am ready for change even though I like how it comes out but since I am having guests I want to hear from others who tried the gourmet glatt recipe.

Yes I've tried it. Like it best fresh. It's a nice change every once in a while.
