Sometime this winter or spring (I think before Pesach) Ami had a recipe for instant ramen noodle soup made with a homemade spice mix instead of actual consommé. I thought I saved it but I can't find it. Would anyone be able to post the spice mix amounts for me?

I asked Ami, here's the recipe:
1 tablespoon potato starch
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1⁄2 tablespoon garlic powder
1⁄2 tablespoon onion powder
1⁄2 tablespoon turmeric
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1⁄2 tablespoon oil
HERE’S HOW SHE DOES IT:
Combine potato starch with spices,
mixing well to get rid of all lumps. Add
oil and rub together with your fingers
until well combined. Store in a jar and
use in place of consomme powder.
