I've know I've seen it in the past, but every recipe for blintz kugel calls for frozen blintzes. Does anyone have a recipe without frozen blintzes?
Thanks

If you have fresh blintzes, why would you want to turn them into a kugel?
Of course you can use fresh blintzes instead of frozen if you want to.

I think she means the type that's a batter layered with filling. Not actually using blintzes.
I know I've seen it on here somewhere.

Oh, a blintz loaf! (Also known as blintz bake or blintz souffle.)
Thanks for explaining.

Ok, maybe that's why I can't find the recipe anywhere! I guess it's called blintz loaf, not kugel, which does describe it better. Thanks!
(still feel free to post recipe if you have one
