I found this awesome looking pizza recipe I really want to use actually on imamother from a while ago but the recipe is confusing me.

Could someone please explain it to me? It says to put a little flour with the dry yeast but not all of it?

Often, yeast is left to proof in warm water with a bit of flour and sugar/honey. I imagine that's what they mean. I'm not sure how it would be a 'ball' and I don't think you should worry about that. Put the yeast in the water with honey and a bit (maybe a t or T or 2) of flour and leave it for a little while. Then add remaining flour and other dough ingredients.
