Water flow is slowing down and that means filter needs to be replaced (not the whole filter, just the thing that goes inside.
Can anyone recommend someone?

Is it possible to replace yourself?
We buy a new "cartridge" at either a hardware store or pluming store and change it ourselves

Weve done it successfully but another time had problems, so wed prefer someone more handy do it.
