I'm looking to hire a cleaning lady for mon, wed, fri and Shabbos for a couple hours each. I really want to get off to a good start and hopefully have things run smoothly from the get-go. What would you recommend to ask her to do each day?

It really helps to know how many kids you have and how many bathrooms you have to share.

Bathrooms each time!! Linens once a week. Full cleaning once a week. Everything else as needed

This is what my cleaner does:
Monday: bathrooms, change linen, vacuum and wash downstairs, folding and putting away laundry
Wednesday: dusting, vacuum and wash upstairs, laundry as above
Friday: bathrooms, vacuum and wash downstairs, dusting downstairs if not finished on Wednesday, laundry as above
Dusting includes wiping kitchen cupboards, glass doors, cleaning bins, sometimes fridge/freezer
