My baby seems to be taking in a lot of air when she drinks formula from her bottle. It causes her to not want to finish eating if she can't burb it out. She is a premie and needs to gain weight so its especially a concern. Dd is 10 weeks old since birth but she was 6 weeks early so her adjusted age is 4 weeks - meaning developmentally she like a month old. Dd is my first bottle fed baby (my other child was EBF) so I'm new to bottle feeding.

I'm asking for recommendations for perhaps a bottle/nipple to try or other ways to help reduce the amount of air she is taking in when feeding.

TIA!

Carefull when you shake the bottle not to make too many bubbles. When you feed her, tilt the bottle to make sure the whole nipple is full of formula, not air.
My baby likes the mam bottle, but I've used nuk and soothie in the past.
