This, please! "Controlled" was a much more important detail about this explosion than "outside the US Embassy", if lack of space was an issue.
(In Hebrew you wouldn't use the same keywords at all in a title- it would be more like "suspicious object detonated" which for me triggers a reaction of either "oh, so that's why traffic was held up this morning" or "what absent-minded idiot left their backpack behind this time?" as opposed to "how many dead/injured?")
