Has anyone used them? Was their price fair? My Whirlpool fridge isn't working, & whirlpool called them for service, whirlpool Is paying for the parts, the diagnostic fee is 90, which sounds ok, but they won't give me any range of prices for labor until they come, not even a labor price per hour, so I'm nervous that I'll spend the 90 & be stuck. whirlpool said they have another company but it's a longer wait. I would really appreciate hearing about any experiences with this company. THANKS!

IIRC- they're to the expensive side, but that may be because they service expensive pieces such as Sub Zero.
They're excellent though.
