I'm the amother who posted before about warming drawers. It seems that there is ONE brand that the light turns on and off as the element turns on and off based on their description. So I need someone to confirm with me that this is true. I called stores - and even Viking - but no one can give me a straight answer. So does anyone actually own a Viking Warming Drawer and can tell me if this is true. When the door is closed - does the light turn on and off on it's own? Thank you!

I saw that also. But before making such a big purchase I need to double check with someone who actually owns it if that is the case. Otherwise I'll have bought a very expensive drawer since I can't use it on shabbos otherwise.
