We have an appointment at the consulate tomorrow morning. We have looked high and low and cannot locate the passport photos we took anywhere. Does anyone know if there is a place to take photos right near the Consulate? I am sure there is in kenyon Hadar but I was hoping for closer so we wouldn't be terribly late to the appointment.

You can take them yourself and just get them printed at any copy/photo store on your way. There are websites or apps to get your face the right size. Lay a baby on a white blanket spread on the floor.

This. Plus any place so near the Consulate is likely to be overpriced.

I now its too late but ingeneral always use epassportphotos.com
they are great. you download for free one pic and choose 10 more of your own and send it to the local photo store. they print it 10 for 10 nis and usually 11+ prints for 90 agorot.
(the extra 10 I print are cute pics of the baby to send my grandparents)

We found a photo shop in Kenyon Israel, on rechov hatnufa in talpiot. Store opened at 8:30am; we were at the consulate by 9.
