How can I loose 5 lbs in 2 weeks?

Breakfast: 2 eggs; use spray oil, not oil.

Snack: 1 cut up cucumber or 1 cut up carrot

Lunch: big lettuce salad with 1/2 avocado and any other veggies you want. Dressing: 1 T oil (preferably olive oil), lemon and/or vinegar, salt, pepper.

Snack: 1 fruit or yogurt that is less than 100 calories

Dinner: grilled chicken or fish with grilled vegetables or a salad.

Drinks lots of water or green tea. No juice. No white sugar.

Even w/o exercise, you should lose about 5 lbs in 2 weeks.

Lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks just from cutting out carbs and eating fruit in the morning only .

Good luck with whatever you end up doing !
