I've recently lost a lot of weight and started exercising again but I really feel like my bouncing bust is holding me back. I am currently wearing a 36DDDD. All of the sports bras are for smaller busts. Any ideas? Thanks

When I'm performing a very high impact sport, I wear a regular bra and then a sports bra on top of that. Works wonders in preventing too much bouncing.
