I can't come up with any ideas. Am I unrealistic or does anyone have a creative idea for me?

I want a job for:
1. mental stimulation
2. social satisfaction
3. sense of accomplishment
4. future marketability (I've been out of the workforce for a few years)

I've worked in different office positions in the past which were mainly boring, although mentally stimulating, but I didn't feel satisfied in the sense that I was putting in devoted hours to help the boss get richer. I want to do something good for society. I know that teachers get satisfaction from their job and I want that feeling. (I would make a horrible teacher:))
My other issue is that I don't want to be tied down to a serious work schedule. I want it to be flexible and part time.

Does that sound crazy?? or is there something out there for me??

(I'm very smart, quick, and sociable. I am also tech savvy. I live in Lakewood)

I appreciate your thoughts and input......

Volunteer to work with homeless, or in a hospice or hospital.

What about working for a not for profit? Or volunteering- you didn't mention that money was a factor. For a cause you support.
