There's the classic Rice Crispies treats recipe with marg. and fluff which I'm sure you can google.
Then there's one you can find here, don't know what it's called, with a brownie base, crispy rice and pb and choc chips on top with fluff as glue in the middle.
There's a recipe from Levana Kirschenbaum for chocolate pb bars but I was looking for it recently (I do have it, it's from her old cookbook but wanted to find a link) and couldn't find it, only an update healthy one. Which is understandable because her classic one calls for corn syrup. And pb, chocolate chips, rum along with cereal, then a chocolate topping. Pretty good.
Hope other people notice this in time!

Easy, classic version: makes a disposable cookie sheet. 1/2 stick marg + 2 containers fluff. Melt till getting liquidy. Add one box rice crispies (approx 11 cups- sometimes we mix 'pebbles' with the rice crispies to make it extra fun) and mix till well coated (sometimes it needs a drop more) dump into pan and flatten well (I use a rolling pin over parchment paper). Cool & cut.

Or spread peanut butter on top, then a layer of melted chocolate.

We aren't so into cocoa pebbles in our house but we've mixed in fruity pebbles and some of the 'limited edition' pebbles that have come out over the years (ice cream, cinnamon)

My standard "peanut chew" recipe:
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1 Cup Peanut Butter
Melt the above until slightly bubbles. Add in 5 Cups of Rice Crispies. Combine well and spread on lined cookie sheet. Cut into squares.

I was about to post this, but doubled and with one variation:
2 C pb (smooth or chunky)- 1 jar
2 C corn syrup - 1 bottle
2 C brown sugar - 1# box- 1/4 C
Melt together
Add 1 box rice crispies (approx 11 cups) or rice crispies mixed with cocoa pebbles (Also work with cheerios- especially honey nut)
Spread in parchment lined cookie sheet.
I like doubling because the measuring is so easy.

You can melt choc on top (or add cocos pebbles). You might be looking for the recipe that has honey and choc. I never made it. Find them to be sickeningly sweet (and not in a good way)

1/2 cup tahini (raw techina paste, not prepared)
150 gram dark chocolate (about 6 ounces)
put it on a low flame until it is melted and slightly bubbling.
mix in 6 cups rice crispies.
It tastes like a combination of halvah and rice crispies.
