Do you have a standard time to serve shabbat leftovers? Just wondering what people do. Thanks!

I did Sunday night for a while and then realized that I have a better setup to make a nice supper on Sunday and would rather a ready made supper on Monday night.

Monday night. Sunday night is too soon. I usually serve pretty much the same thing Fri night and Shabbos lunch so to have it again on Sunday would be 3 days in a row. So I usually serve it Monday night. I make almost everything on Friday or Thursday night.

Sunday.
Sometimes, if there's a lot, some chicken/schnitzels get frozen for surprise Shabbos guests that may show up another week.

Monday and Tuesday were leftovers nights in my house growing up. I got into the habit of cooking less for Shabbos so I'd serve leftovers once instead of twice.

Its still mostly DH and I that I have to cheshbon for supper, but in the summer, and we don't have a lot of guests.Sample meals--days of week depend on how much time we have to warm up various food We'll have the leftover chicken and chicken nuggets for the kids and one side Sunday night, Leftover cholent and the 2nd side Monday night--my kids like cholent eggs, then in the winter we'll have the leftover soup and rice for a 3rd night--kids eat veggies from the soup and rice. Then I only have to cook 2 nights of the week.
