Do you work as a teacher in a Dept. of Education in a public school? I know of a lot of speech therapistst that work in public schools but don't know of teachers who work in public schools.
My friend is a teacher in public school and was targeted by her principal this year and did not get a good rating. Do you work in public school and know what happens when a teacher gets a bad rating? She knows that the UFT says to appeal but all her co teachers told her that the DOE rarely reverses the rating. She is feeling very down because they are setting her up to fail. Does anyone have a similar experience?
