This is a neutral question being asked out of pure curiosity.
I was told that Chasidisher Yeshivos do not have bein h'zamanim during the month of Av. Is that correct? Do they have Bein Hazmanim at a different time of the year when the Litvisher Yeshivos are in session instead? Is there no difference between the five month winter zman and the five month summer zman at all?
Please no opinions about how things should be. I only want to know the way they are.

Most don't. They may give off 10 days - 2 weeks before starting the new zman, but it's not official that all yeshivos do it.
ETA: Yeshivos that are in the city go up to the mountains and continue learning there. So they get a change in scenery but it's not off.

No they have bein hazmanim and you get to chose where to spend it. Usually you continue to the camp of your chasidus and then tishrei they go to the Rebbe. Nissan they are off.

Some yeshivos have summer bein hazmanin but majority don't. But as others said, many go up to the mountains for the summer so they have a change.
