I had a yummy salad with quinoa, craisins, chickpeas, almond slivers, spinach, & red onions, I'd like to make it (maybe without the spinach), but I couldn't figure out the dressing, I would appreciate any ideas for a dressing that might work!

This is a good dressing for quinoa-
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Pinch sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Can add fresh basil or mint or parsley

I'd do similar with apple cider vinegar and honey to taste.
