Hi all! if you live in BP, Kensington, or beginning of Flatbush and you or someone you know is moving over the summer or before PLEASE PLEASE post here. We have no where to live as of July/August. This is a real problem. We're looking for a 3 bed 2 bath for max 2800$. Thank you and tizki limitzvot!

I had the same problem recently. I called every real estate agent I could find. Check Hamodia online and Jewish Press online classifieds every day and early evening. The online postings appear before the printed newspaper .

I check luach every day but we dont really want flatbush so that's not really very helpful. will check jewish press. hamodia is insanely overpriced couldnt find anything for a decent price

There are a bunch of agents who post on instagram. A lot of those agents are in the Sephardic community Thing is most of them charge agent's fee's, besides one month's security rental. So if you use them, your are going to need a few thousand to rent, and credit checks.
Also, keep asking around.
