I'm starting a new job and my boss does not know. I'll be about 15 weeks when I start. At what point do I have to say? I want to be respectful but at the same time not jeapordize my chances of succeeding there.

There is but they are not very involved in that type of thing from my understanding. HR is in corporate headquarters, not the individual work locations, and the people who work at my individual location are not my higher ups.

I don't think this is good advice. A month is not enough time to find a sub for many jobs and I wouldn't wait until you look extremely pregnant

I think you need to say now before you start your job because many people don't hire pregnant women.

No you do not need to say anything now or before you start, especially if you plan on returning to work after the baby's birth.
Officially the minimum is one month's notice but you will probably be showing long before that.
I would say something right before you put on maternity.
