FYI, that policy about bonuses is discriminatory and likely illegal. Bonuses are typically included in the term "compensation" and usually cannot be given for something that isn't based on merit, seniority, productivity etc.
and many states, including NJ, have laws preventing discrimination based off of marital status.
Where they live or if they are married should not have any impact on compensation in any way including bonuses.

No, sorry, not at this time.
Most of the time when he hires he contacts PCS and they send him resumes. Thats a good place for someone looking for work to start.
