Whatever we've gotten from there was new. I never had reason to suspect that they'd send used.

Ok that's good. In their FAQ they mentioned "estate sales" so got me nervous.

They sell both. From their website. You can't know if it's new or used.
Can I specify that I would like only "never used" china?
