Hi mommy3b2c. I'm looking for an elegant shabbos/y"t outfit for 2&a half year old skinny girl. it can be a dress, skirt and cardigan (are they still doing that?) or anything dressy that will look nice on a skinny kid. I dont like to spend over 40 on an outfit. Any links appreciated
