Hi guys. I'd love to take my family to a beach in brooklyn area but am not comfortable with the males in my family swimming with strangers. Anyone know a quiet place that has a chance of being empty? Thanks loads

Good luck. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any. Maybe certain spots in Far Rockaway but you want only Brooklyn. And the temperatures are supposed to be going up again so I'm assuming the beaches will be full until Labor Day. Maybe you can find a pool.

Op here. I've heard about sea gate several times but I dont think it's right as it's privately owned. Unless an owner gave me permission I'm not sure how that's ok. (Ppl say they dont mind?! Idk. I would)

I have family living there and Last time I was there the police came around throwing everyone off the beach who didnt live in Seagate.
