Recommendations for restaurants in Monsey/Suffern? We'll be there breakfast and lunch time on a weekday. My hometown basically only has a pizza shop so I'm craving something different! Or, pizza is ok if it's truly outstanding and also if there pareve items on the menu (some family has food allergies).
Bonus if there's a place with ethnic food (Thai, Indian, Japanese)
TIA

Another vote for Purple Pear. If you want someplace else, Bubba's is nice (next to Wesley Kosher). Or for something different, Chef Moshe Wendel of Pardes fame now has a BBQ place called Beast BBQ (also next to Wesley Kosher), which is out of this world.
