Looking to paint my kids rooms any suggestion of paint colors that you painted and are very happy with . I'm not bold type but do want something different then plain. If u can include the name of paint so I can check it up . Tia

Boys room:
3 walls revere pewter (benjamin Moore) - it's greige, looks gray/beige depending on the rest of the rooms decor + lighting.
One wall green, navy and orange vertical stripes. Split pea (benjamin Moore), Hudson Bay (Benjamin Moore), citrus orange (Benjamin Moore)
Idea from Pinterest. I suggest browsing Pinterest for great ideas.
For a girls room I would opt for lavender, or a neutral (revere pewter for example) with lavender OR hot pink stripes /accents
Mint green and pink can also work for a girls room.

Why not let your kids pick the color? They are the ones who will have to live with it.

I love my pink, gray and white girls room. Gray walls, blanket and rug. Pink and white sheet set, curtains, and ottoman.

Ask your kids for the input. We were planning navy/blue for my DS room and he wouldn't even hear about it. He wanted yellow. So we have one wall in a bright yellow and other walls in lighter shade. And you know what? He was right. His room looks bright and sunny and happy.
I don't remember color names, just remember it was Behr paint from Home Depot.
