Are there any gyms in Monsey for women only? Or workout classes? As much info as possible would be amazing, thanks!

Lifeplex has a womens only gym, a mens only and a mixed. There are classes, there's a pool with hours of sep swimming. 845-356-1900

The womans fitness room is much smaller than the co ed room. I just joined recently. Many of the woman work out in the co ed room. I like the womans room to do yoga or stretching. There is a co ed running track upstairs.
