My 7 months year old son eats alot.. I feel like he is never full. Like he doesn't sleep so long at night and I sincerely believe he is hungry.
I feed him oatmeal cereal and apple sauce, yogurt, sometimes chicken soup pureed, he doesn't like cholent so much
What other ideas, tips can you give me? Thanks so much

If he's bottle fed you should try offering more in the bottle. And breastfeed more often if relevant. He may be going through a growth spurt and need extra calories.

More protein and carbohydrates/grains (whole grains are even more filling! Yogurt, applesauce, fruits and veggies are not filling alone. Try scrambled egg if you think he's ready for that together with a carb (e.g oatmeal), other pureed soups that have legumes (good protein and carb content) - split pea soup etc, you can even add in chicken and/or a bit of flour to make it more filling. Cottage cheese is a bit more filling than yogurt (higher protein content), but not a meal, and would need to include other items. Every meal should have some carbs, some protein ,and some fat to be filling (and some fruits and veggies for good measure).
