I baked a broccoli kugel and lukshen kugel last night. I shut the oven when done but I forgot to take them out and put into fridge. They were in the closed oven overnights for. They felt cool to touch when I took them out this morning but not freezing cold like from the fridge. Can they still be used? Or I need to throw them out?

I would taste them and use them if they tasted ok. But I would never ever admit to anyone in real life that I would do that.
