Is it good? What exactly do you use it for?

never heard of it ... but I imagine to make a marble cake or a marble cheese cake ... to drizzle on top of things [ice cream comes to mind]

Sorry to revive an old thread but I just saw this as ingredient for a kokosh filling. Anyone have any good ideas for a homemade version?

I use this recipe for babka filling- is that the same thing?

- Filing:
2 cup sugar
½ cup confectioners sugar
1 cup sifted cocoa
2 Tbsp coffee granules
1 Tbsp vanilla sugar

Beats me. I have some good babka fillings too. I just wanted to try this. The baker suggests thickening it with sugar and cocoa. From what I can tell, it's syrupy.
I was just hoping that someone knew this and had a knockoff. I'm not the only one on imamother who asked. A google search turned up hattie1 asked first, and got no responses.
But thanks! Your recipe looks good. I assume you spread oil, smear margarine? Which and do you have a quantities?

Your intrepid culinary explorer, PinkFridge, reporting from the trenches:
So I had to go to the grocery tonight and while I was there I checked out the liquid marble.
I can see it as a marvelous shortcut for the bulk baker but nutritionally...not that the traditional filling is good for you but...nutritionally, it ranks worse than whip, IYKWIM.

ETA: I don't know if the brand was Baker's Choice or not, I didn't notice.

I haven't tried this myself. I found it googling "homemade liquid marble." Go to p. 76.
