If you have used the Anat Baniel Method and you can share your experience with it, I would really appreciate it. What I want to know is:
What did it give you that conventional therapy did not give you?
I want to know why it costs so much money and does not seem to be supported by any hard research. Also, it seems very similar in technique to OT and PT, at least from the videos I saw on Youtube.
I am trying to see if I should break the bank and give it to my baby with Down Syndrome...
Thanks!

Anat Baniel learned from Moshe Feldenkrais and then expanded on his work so it apparently is similar but not exactly the same. Interested to hear about Feldenkrais as well, though...

I don't know much about either one, though I'm interested to know if it can help me with moving from sympathetic to parasympathetic state.
