When I put baby to sleep on my bed (while im watching him) I notice he sleeps much better on a pillow than when hes in his crib on a plain mattress. I know a pillow is a choking hazard for infants...my question is, from what age is it fine to sleep with a pillow?

Nothing in the crib until 1 years old. I introduce a pillow and blanket closer to age 2.
You can put a towel under the head of the mattress so the crib gets a little elevated if baby sleeps better with head elevation, or try a rock n play.
