Does anyone know if I can freeze a homemade jalapeño dip that has mayonnaise in it?

I froze an eggplant/mayo dip and I think it got better! Didn't separate at all and was at least as delicious as before. I would give it a try, depending on your other options and how much of a loss it would be.

I freeze them. Texture does change, but it's fine.

Thanks! I was more concerned for health/safety reasons. I don't usually freeze that sort of thing...
