Hi all, I'm looking for a certified nutritionist in monsey that customizes a plan for there clients according to there needs. I have tried over seven weeks to lose weight on a low carb diet plus 6days a week exersize for 45 minutes and lost only 5 lb.
Any recommendation for a good certified dietitian would be greatly appreciated

Do you need one that takes insurance?
My friend goes to one I don't remember the name right now but could find out and my friend lost a lot of weight and kept it off for years. But I am not sure she takes any insurance.
