My kids 7 and baby have pinworms. I am using Balmex per doctors advice. What else can I do. My baby is waking up a few times a night crying. (Toddler. Not food related) my son has stopped complaining. I am also giving him para guard from zahlers which my baby doesn't like.

Garlic taken by mouth maybe in drop form or a small clove inserted rectally

Balmex is diaper rash cream. What does that have to do with pinworms?
Vermex or Pin-X are pinworm medications. Follow instructions on the package.
