Google "removing grease stains from carpet."
--scrape off as much goo as possible.
--cover spot with brown kraft paper, paper towel or white cotton cloth
--run an iron over the area . Grease will melt and sink into paper. Change paper or cloth and repeat until no more grease shows up.
--if spot is still visible, use commercial solvent based spot remover.
