We have an idea in mind for a name for our baby, but we would like to ask someone knowledgeable about names to help us with ideas for specific names that fit this idea. We don't want to ask our families or anyone else in our daily lives, for obvious reasons (no one knows what we're having and we don't want to give away the name either!). I have too many friends and family on this site, so I don't want to post the idea here even anonymously. Who can we ask? Is there a Rav somewhere who answers these sorts of questions?

Any Rav is a good start. He may refer you to a name specialist. Believe it or not Rabbonim who do Gittin (divorces) are usually well versed in names and their variations.
